• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are secured with insulated cold-chain packaging and shipped only Monday through Thursday. This schedule prevents perishables from sitting in transit over the weekend.
